ITALIAN THROUGH COOKING
Do you love cooking and do you want to learn Italian? Here is a course for you.
PROGRAM
- 5 meetings of 2 hours, from 11.00am to 1.00pm
- Where: in a house in Parioli area. It can be reached easily by bus 223 from La Storta
The participants will prepare a typical regional dish. At the end of the session they will eat it, drinking a regional wine.

- tiramisù
- saltimbocca alla romana
- pasta amatriciana
- pasta carbonara
- filetti di merluzzo con pomodorini e olive…………..
- Length of the course: 10 hours

The cost includes:
- a lesson of 2 hours
- ingredients to prepare the recipe and good wine to drink
A minimum of 6 participants is required to activate the course. VAT is not included
